About

Our Mission

At The Employment Network, we believe that work is a fundamental part of life. It's not just something you do to make money - it's something that brings you closer to your community, helps you build a sense of purpose and self-worth, and gives you the chance to share your gifts with the world.

Our mission is simple: We want to help job seekers with disabilities find meaningful employment where they can thrive. And we want to help organizations embrace inclusive hiring practices so that everyone feels welcomed and valued at work.

We're not just talking about hiring people with disabilities—we're talking about hiring a person with drive who wants to contribute. We're talking about creating open spaces where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas, asking questions, and growing as individuals. And we're talking about making sure that when someone needs extra support or training, it's available right away so they can start contributing as soon as possible.

We believe in this mission so much that we've built a business model around it. Our goal is to be an extension of your HR department so we can build equality in our community workforce.
