See Better Results in Your Operations

Inclusive businesses grow profits up to 3x faster than their competitors. A 2018 Accenture Study found these enhancements happened with inclusive hiring in an organization:

  • 72% more productivity
  • 45% increase in workplace safety
  • 28% more revenue
  • 30% higher profit margins

Incorporating inclusive hiring practices in your business has minimal to no costs. Based on our experience with dozens of other local employers - the return on investment outweighs any costs incurred. If needed, government funding may be available to provide support.
